Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• •"Service" means zdeploy.app — the app-hosting and deployment product and any features offered under it.
• •"We", "us", "our", "Operator" means Wizewerx Ltd, trading as zdeploy.app, the operator of the Service.
• •"You", "your" means the person using the Service.
• •"Member" means a registered user with an active account.

2. Use of the service

zdeploy.app lets you deploy and host applications on infrastructure we operate. An account is required to create and manage deployments. Free and paid membership tiers may offer different limits on what you can deploy.

You agree to use the Service responsibly. You will not attempt to overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the infrastructure. Automated bulk access (scripts, bots) requires prior written consent.

3. Accounts

You may create an account via Google OAuth, LinkedIn OAuth, or email one-time code. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email address associated with your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@zdeploy.app.

Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out in full what is and is not permitted on the Service. The summary is:

• •Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• •Do not deploy or host malware, illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights
• •Do not use the Service to attack, spam, or abuse other systems
• •Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, resource quotas, or security measures
• •Do not impersonate Wizewerx staff, representatives, or other users

The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these terms by reference. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual property

Applications and code you deploy through the Service remain yours; you retain ownership, and you grant us only the limited licence needed to build, host, and run them on your behalf. The zdeploy.app name, logo, and site design are the intellectual property of Wizewerx Ltd. You may not use our branding without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of search results. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting privacy@zdeploy.app. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. Governing law

zdeploy.app is operated by Wizewerx Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. The UK GDPR governs the processing of personal data; the EU GDPR also applies to personal data of EU/EEA residents.
