Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: June 2026

zdeploy.app is app-hosting infrastructure. This policy explains what you may and may not deploy or host on the Service, and what happens when something needs to be reviewed. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

Where we start

zdeploy.app hosts what you build. We do not inspect, monitor, or moderate the content or behaviour of deployed applications as a matter of course — that would mean reading your code and your users' data, which we are not in the business of doing. This policy exists for the limited set of cases where hosted content is unlawful, harmful to our infrastructure, or harmful to other users of the Service.

What is not permitted

The following is prohibited when using zdeploy.app to deploy or host an application:

Illegal content or activity

Hosting or deploying anything illegal under UK law (or the law applicable to you) — including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that incites violence or hatred, and anything that violates applicable sanctions. There is no grey area here: such content is removed immediately and, where required by law, reported to authorities.

Malware and abuse tooling

Deploying malware, ransomware, botnets, phishing pages, credential-harvesting tools, or infrastructure used to attack other systems (DDoS tooling, port scanners aimed at third parties, and similar).

Abuse of the infrastructure

Using deployed apps to send spam or unsolicited bulk messaging, to mine cryptocurrency, or to consume resources in a way that degrades the Service for other users. Attempting to overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer zdeploy.app itself (as opposed to your own deployed app) is also prohibited.

Fraud and impersonation

Deploying an application that impersonates a real person, business, or organisation with intent to deceive (for example, phishing clones of real login pages), or that is designed to defraud its users.

Rights infringement

Hosting content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, or that violates someone's privacy by exposing their personal data without a lawful basis.

Circumventing account or plan limits

Creating multiple accounts to evade plan limits, rate limits, or a suspension.

How to report a deployed app

If you believe an app hosted on zdeploy.app violates this policy, contact us at support@zdeploy.app with the subject line "Content report". Please include:

  • •The URL of the deployed app
  • •Which part of this policy you believe it violates, and why
  • •Whether you are the person directly affected or reporting on behalf of someone else

We will acknowledge your report within 5 business days and aim to reach a decision within 15 business days. For urgent reports (active abuse, malware, credible safety risk) we will act faster. Where we take an app down, we will notify the app's owner (unless doing so is prohibited by law).

Takedowns and appeals

If your app is taken down or your account is suspended, we will tell you why and give you the opportunity to respond. If you believe we made the wrong call, email support@zdeploy.app with the subject line "Appeal". We will review your appeal and respond.

We are a small team and this process is human, not automated. We will make mistakes. When we do, we will correct them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service grows. Substantial changes will be communicated to registered users. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
